This level 1 service covers rental only. We will:
- List property for rent
- Interview tenants
- Show property
- Conduct full background checks for your piece of mind
- Unless directed otherwise we will provide tenancy agreements
Once the tenant is placed in the property then our involvement will cease until a new tenant is needed. As a landlord all rents are paid directly to you and if the tenants have any issues they will liaise with you. This Gold Level Service eliminates the middle man and allows you to control your own rental whilst knowing that the hard work of finding suitable tenants has been taken care of by us.
We Charge a flat fee of $350 for our Gold Service Package.
