- Address of property.
- Age of property
- Any upgrades/improvements ( new kitchen, new carpet, pool, ect.) This is just an example and any information you give us will be helpful.*
- Local schools ( elementary + high)
- Utility providers and monthly
Step Two
- We will view the property and discuss rental rates with you.
- A Property Management package will be tailored to suit your individual needs. For more information on our services look at the details of out Gold, Diamond, and Platinum packages.
- Once an agreement is reached we will provide all necessary paperwork for signature:
- Property Management Agreement
- Lease Owners Advisory
- Residential Lease Owners Advisory
- Maricopa County Assessor Residential Rental Property Notice and Rental Registration Requirements
- Lead- Based Paint Disclosure ( For properties built prior to 1978)
- Sign all paperwork and return to our office with the key.
Step Three
- Sit back and let us do the work.
- We will take photographs of the property for advertising purposes.
- The property will be immediately advertised on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Realtors from all over the USA have access to the MLS ensuring a wide audience for your property.
- We also advertise in the following publications and websites:
- Trulia
- Zillow
- MH Village ( for mbile homes)
- Craigslist
- Local newspapers
- Once we have a prospective tenant we will carry out vigorous background,credit and criminal checks prior to accepting them.
