It really is very simple.

Step One

  • Give us a call to arrange a FREE, No Obligation Consultation.
  • We will take the details of the property you wish us to manage.
  • Remember the more information you give us the more accuarte out Compatable Market Analysis (CMA) will be.

An example of information we are looking for is:

  1. Size of property ( square footage,bedrooms,bathrooms, ect.)
  2. Address of property.
  3. Age of property
  4. Any upgrades/improvements ( new kitchen, new carpet, pool, ect.) This is just an example and any information you give us will be helpful.*
  5. Local schools ( elementary + high)
  6. Utility providers and monthly

Step Two

  • We will view the property and discuss rental rates with you.
  • A Property Management package will be tailored to suit your individual needs. For more information on our services look at the details of out Gold, Diamond, and Platinum packages.
  • Once an agreement is reached we will provide all necessary paperwork for signature:
  1. Property Management Agreement
  2. Lease Owners Advisory
  3. Residential Lease Owners Advisory
  4. Maricopa County Assessor Residential Rental Property Notice and Rental Registration Requirements
  5. Lead- Based Paint Disclosure ( For properties built prior to 1978)
  6. Sign all paperwork and return to our office with the key.

Step Three

  • Sit back and let us do the work.
  • We will take photographs of the property for advertising purposes.
  • The property will be immediately advertised on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Realtors from all over the USA have access to the MLS ensuring a wide audience for your property.
  • We also advertise in the following publications and websites:
  1. Trulia
  2. Zillow
  3. MH Village ( for mbile homes)
  4. Craigslist
  5. Local newspapers
  • Once we have a prospective tenant we will carry out vigorous background,credit and criminal checks prior to accepting them.
  • What happens next depends on your chosen Property Management Package.
